The Rutledge Fire Company Administration is responsible for all of the non-fire related business. The Administration is made up of the Board of Directors, President, Vice President, Financial Secretary, Treasurer, Secretary and Fire Chief.
The Board of Directors is made up of 6 directors that are elected to a two year term, elections are held for 3 directors alternately. The Fire Chief while part of the Board does not have a vote in matters brought before them. The members of the board elect a Chairman from its 11 members, this term lasts 1 year.
